Yesterday was Halli's five month mark, and I was just looking back at the photos we have of her. It is amazing how much she has changed in such a short time. This photo was taken when she was 10 days old.
And this is a photo of her from Saturday. Her hair is a completely different color. Most of it has fallen out and regrown, but I miss that really dark hair. She still has that crazy curly afro thing going on with it though so that is pretty sweet.
She has learned to do so much in such a short time too-things like rolling both ways-back to stomach, and stomach to back. I put her down in one spot on the floor and find her in a completely different place turned the opposite way somehow. Sitting on her own is another thing she is trying to accomplish. She is also working on getting up on all fours-I think she'll be crawling in the next month. Even though she is a high maintenance baby we sure have enjoyed having her in our lives!Good news...at the moment she has stopped crying. Maybe I can sneak off to bed now and try to get some sleep before she wakes up again in a couple hours looking for someone to come comfort her and stick her binki in. Poor girl just doesn't know what she is in for the next couple of days...I guess it will be a rough week for all of us here. Just pray I can keep my sanity for a bit longer!

Good luck with the scream/cry it out. I know it's hard, but I use it. It seems to work though. (I guess that's why I've used it with 3 kids and will with #4 as well.)
Good luck! That is sucha hard hing to teach them to go to sleep on their own. I used to have to take showers while Ryan listened because I couldn't handle it! I wanted to pick him up but also get sleep!
her hair is amazingly awesome:) good word usage i know. i cant believe she is getting so big. i hate that i dont get to see yall much anymore. i am missing everything. hey i was just thinking, have you sold any baby bows yet?
Carson and Halli are so cute! What a cute family! We are working on getting Lincoln to go to sleep on his own now too. Some nights are so tough! But some nights actually go well and you get sleep, like more than an hour at a time. So hang in there! Know for every tough night there's a good one coming where you get tons of sleep! Good luck!

I did the post on a guest site, but it was more of a makeup book and not so much a skincare book. They were by Kevyn Aucoin though (there are three) Making Faces, Face Forward, and can't remember the third.

Hey Tiffani! Your little family is so cute! How has the crying it out worked? Camp's still sleeping in our room...I can just lean over and put his paci back in. I needed to do something to start getting some sleep! I'm really worrying about transitioning him to his room. Is 5 months the magical number?? I'm still learning these things! :)
We were very excited when she did it. It has been about a week now. Hopefully it continues. I tried the screaming it out but hannah doesn't do well. I had to do it a step at a time. I hope that Halli starts doing it everynight. Do you guys still have Carson in your room??
I remember the hole transition thing. I did it at 2 months and he slept through the first night but after that it got worse. Hopefully you will have better luck than I had.
